This Privacy Policy governs the collection and processing, by Serenitea FZC, of personal data (hereinafter the “Personal Data”) from users on the websites xtendency.ai, xtendency.ai/academy, xtendency.ai/free-workshop-unique-offer, and its subdomains (hereinafter the “Users” and the “Site”).
It applies to any use by the User of the Site and its various services, including but not limited to browsing the Site and ordering training programs.

In addition, when the User visits the Academy’s website, browsing data may be collected and processed by Serenitea FZC or any service provider of its choice for statistical purposes, in order to improve the website experience, and in particular to measure the number of pages viewed, the number of visits, and the User’s navigation path on the site.

Some of the processing activities carried out by Serenitea FZC, in line with the purposes stated above, are necessary in order for the company to:
- Fulfil its contractual obligations towards certain Users;
